“ Our server/ designated trainer was the amazing Ms. Shay! The food was so delicious! The atmosphere was busy, but the food presentation and time to receive our order from the beverages, appetizers to the entrees to desserts were impeccable!! “ I think the Cheesecake Factory in Las Vegas and Utah are what I will always compare others to and this one is not there. The food left more to be desired but the staff made up for it being so energetic and accommodating. We sat outside and they don’t control the weather but the overhead structure was leaking into food and on our heads throughout our dinner. ”
“ We recently visited The Cheesecake Factory at Opry Mills in Nashville TN and we enjoyed our visit for the most part. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting. We arrived right at shift change, our server Brittany was thoughtful enough to let let us know of the shift change and introduce us to Abby, our new server. They were both awesome! My husband, Charlie had the Filet and it was to die for. We chose the Egg Roll sampler for our appetizer and it was wonderful. I chose Lemon Butter Pasta and Shrimp from the lighter side and it really good, except the pasta was dry. I tried mixing it with the sauce in the plate, but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough. Charlie had the Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake and it was delicious. I had my all time favorite, Red Velvet and it was fantabulous! The biggest negative for me was the restroom! It needed attention. Two stalls that I went in had no toilet paper and were nasty. The trash can was ridiculously full and overflowing onto the floor. Not a pleasant experience at all. We will definitely go again. The noise level was very high, however, and that's coming from someone who isn't typically bothered by volume. Everyone in our party pointed out that we were almost yelling to hear one another. We even changed tables halfway through the meal. If you have neurodivergent noise sensitivity, recommend wearing appropriate ear protection. ”

Normally there is a bit of a wait at other CF locations I’ve dined at across the country. So this was a refreshing change! I would gladly done here again. ”
